
What is the purpose of the Briefing Books Tab?
The Briefing Books Tab provides a view of the Briefing Books to which a user has access.
Each Briefing Book has its own grouping of widgets that is configured by a Dashboard Designer.
You can view the widgets that are in the Briefing Book in the Library Tab.
How does the Briefing Books Tab work?
Briefing Books are created by Dashboard users with the user type of Administrator.
Users have access to Briefing Books that have been configured for them by Designers and Administrators.
Each Briefing Book is made up of a Library of Widgets.
Initial configuration of each Briefing Book is done by Designers.
Users can customize each Briefing Book they have access to; however only users with the user type of Administrator, Designer or Standard may save their customized Briefing Books.
The Briefing Books Tab
Clicking on the Briefing Book tab on the left side of the Dashboard will expand the Briefing Books tab.
All Briefing Books that are currently available to you will be shown on this tab.
You can search through Briefing Books by keyword using the search bar on the top of the Briefing Book tab.
To display a Briefing Book in Dashboard Mode, click on the Briefing Book name.

Saving Changes
Changes made to a Briefing Book must be saved in order to retain them.
You can access the save options on the Omega Button menu.
Clicking the Save My Layout option will save only for you. Clicking the Save Layout for All Users option will save for all users with access to that Briefing Book.
