Saving Briefing Book Layouts
Overview
There is one option for saving Briefing Book configurations: Save Layout Changes
This will Save the Default Layout for all users.
A Save icon will appear over the Omega Button menu if changes have been made to a layout.
You will be prompted when switching Briefing Books if you have not saved any changes you have made.
The Save Icon on the Omega Button indicating changes have been made but not saved and the Warning prompt for Saving.
Administrators and Designers have the ability to save Briefing Book page configurations for all users that have access to that Briefing Book.
To Save Layout Changes, click on the Omega Button menu. The Save Layout Changes option is the third option.
After saving, you will receive a Save Successful! message.
