Overview
There are three types of Note Groups that a Note or Mission can belong to: Temporary, Global or Briefing Book.
Temporary Groups will allow you to store Notes and Missions for the duration of your Dashboard session.
Global Notes will be available in all Briefing Books and Analysis Mode.
Briefing Book Notes will be available only in that Briefing Book. A Note Group can only be associated with one Briefing Book at a time.
Users can manage Note Groups only for Briefing Books that they have been granted access to.
Depending on your User Settings you may not have the ability to Create, Edit and Delete Groups.
Note Group Creation
You can create Notes Groups from two places: the Playbook and the Details wizard.
The Name field on the Create Note Group wizard will let you name the Note Group.
The Choose Group Symbology drop down menu will allow you to choose the symbology for the Note Group. You can choose between Yellow, Red, Green Purple or Blue Note icons.
The Assign To drop down menu will allow you to assign the Note Group to a Briefing Book or Global.
